The terms that apply when you shop with us.

About these terms
These terms apply to every order placed on this website with Crochit, a handmade crochet business based in Pakistan. By placing an order you agree to them.
Handmade products
Every piece is made by hand, so colours, sizes and details may vary slightly from the photos and from piece to piece. These variations are not faults.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it by email or start making it. We may decline an order, for example if a piece is unavailable or a price was shown in error; if you've already paid, we'll refund you in full.
Prices and currencies
Prices are shown in your region's currency (PKR, EUR, GBP or USD) and include our shipping charge where shown at checkout. Import taxes and duties for international orders are not included and may be collected on delivery.
Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including cash on delivery in Pakistan, JazzCash, Easypaisa and bank transfer. Orders paid by bank transfer are made once the payment arrives.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates that start once your order ships. Made-to-order and custom pieces need extra time to make. Risk passes to you on delivery.
Returns
Our returns policy explains how to return or exchange a piece. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Liability
We're responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We're not responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable, or for business losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, unless the law of the country you live in gives you rights that cannot be excluded.
