Crochit (“we”, “us”) is a handmade crochet business based in Pakistan. Contact us about privacy at [email protected].

What we collect

Order details: your name, email, phone number, delivery address and what you bought.
Account details if you create an account, stored with a securely hashed password.
Messages you send us through forms, email or WhatsApp.
Browsing data such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location (country), used to show the right currency and improve the shop. Marketing and analytics cookies are only set with your consent where the law requires it.

How we use it

To make, ship and support your order, and to send order and delivery emails.
To answer your questions and custom-order requests.
To send our newsletter, only if you joined. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
To prevent fraud and keep the shop secure.

Only the services that help us run the shop: couriers, payment providers (JazzCash, Easypaisa and our bank), our email provider and hosting. We never sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. You can ask us to delete your account and marketing data at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to object to or restrict how we use it. Email us and we'll respond within the time the law allows. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
